Options For A Hard Shell Case (Old Kay)
Hello Everyone,
I hope you are doing well. I had a quick question about good options for a hard shell case for our 1960's (At least I believe 1960's although I can't get definitive information anywhere) Kay acoustic archtop. The gig bag in the pictures is it's current home and I would prefer to get a nice case for it to preserve it. I know it isn't worth much, but it is my dad's so it is an heirloom. Thanks for reading!!!

If it's a 15-incher try a 000/OM case, if it's 16" a current Epiphone Joe Pass case should be close enough...

The width of the lower bout, measured across its widest point - I've seen plenty of those guitars, and you should get something in the 15-16" range if you're measuring at the right place...

Ameritage will make you a custom fitted case. I had them make a case for my 1953 L4C and it it fits perfectly. You can find details on their website.
