Can you ID this cable for me?

Not truly Acoustic Amplification related but I figured someone here knows... Anyway, I have an unbranded soundbar with this connector on it. It is a 25-pin connector measuring 3/8 x 1 1/16 (5mmx27mm), Any idea what type it is and how I can convert it to HDMI? Thanks

I don’t know about that cable, but these items might be a place to start: an “HDMI Breakout Board” and a multi-meter.
