I mixed my bison bone bridge pins in with my Texas longhorn bone bridge pins and now I can’t tell which are which. Will it have a harmful effect on my guitar if I just pick six randomly? Should I just pitch them all and go titanium?

Which bridge pin material is more likely to increase the sustain on the 3rd string when using light gauge PB on my Carpathian spruce/maple 00 -- armadillo femur or narwhal tusk?

These were actually made at the same time as they were making the Walmart garbage. These were made by a builder in Boston and they slapped the First Act name on the headstock. They used them mainly as promotional instruments. I have at three friends who got them from First Act back in the day. One of them was in a pretty popular major label band at the time and the other two were in good independent bands. They were all custom built to their specs and were very nice instruments. And of course they were free. The idea was to get people seeing their favorite rockers playing a First Act, even thought the guitars were First Act in name only. I have no idea if it worked or not as a promotion but probably a little?
