Plugin Alliance
Man I love Plugin Alliance at Christmas time. They have their yearly Christmas sale going now, and I just purchased perpetual licenses for the last two Neold products I didn't already own (Big Al and Warble). These two plugins retail for $249 each and I got them both for only $15!
Right now, all four Neold plugins are on sale for $19.99 each. Loyal Plugin Alliance customers also get a $25 voucher to use during December (with a minimum purchase of $32). Warble looks like an awesome tape simulation plugin. This replaces the last Universal Audio plugin I used to use. I'm so happy I moved away from UA with their high plugin prices and proprietary hardware. This year's Black Friday has probably been my best ever.

Over the past year, PA has become a great site on which to shop just about all the time. They offer an incredible amount of value for the price of admission. That's especially true for people new to this. For $10 a month, they can get access to 180+ plugins and at the end of the year, they get to pick three to own outright for no additional charge. I don't think there's a comparable value in the industry.
I hear ya. Over the past couple of years, I've replaced the UA plugins I was using the most with native options. I'd love to sell off and be done with them entirely, but I'd get so little for the plugins that I don't feel any rush to dump them. I'm gambling that UA will eventually conform to the rest of the industry and allow us to sell our plugins individually. If that happens, I could likely get double or triple what I could get for them now.

Looks like Gearspace maintains an extensive list of all the Black Friday specials. Many of these might still be good:

Just an FYI: Many manufacturers have a "minimum advertised price" (MAP) policy, so if you are buying from a reseller it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price. Also, when buying on eBay, watch for the "Make Offer" tag. I've saved as much as 20% on audio software this way.

The same is true for many items on Reverb. If it has a button to make an offer, it's because the seller chose that option. It doesn't appear automatically. If the button is there, you already know the seller will accept a lower price.
