Default Bridge plate, drill bit/reamer size for 3 degree pins?

I've replaced a bridge plate and need some advice to get the 3 degree bridge pins to fit properly. I haven't drilled yet and want to make sure I get it right.

Do I drill with a 3/16 bit? Will it be nessasary to use a reamer to get the pins to fit correctly? I'm not replacing the bridge, just the plate, so I'm not sure I'll need to use a reamer since the existing bridge fits the pins fine.
Thanks
