Used to talk to his guitar player Marc Ribot in the late 80's.
He told me two things, that Tom told him to play on one song like a "midget's Bar Mitzvah", and that Tom was a much better guitar player than anyone knew.

Well... thanks for whoever moved this to listen? I really wanted to know what kind of guitar Waits was playing.
I’m not so sure its a es-150. Arent those electrics? Maybe I’ll try to grab a sreen shot pic and repost. Thanks for the comments! |
