Supro Blues King 12 Amplifier
Wondering if anyone here owns or has time playing this amp? As always, video demos played through cheap little speakers can only reveal so much. It seems like something I'd really enjoy with it's simplicity and vintage vibe. I've been searching for one locally without any luck. Thanks!

If the 12 sounds as good as, or better than my BK-8, Id give it a thumbs up. Cant comment on the 12, but I really like the simplicity and low-volume overdrive of this series. At 15 watts, the 12 might be getting a little loud, if thats an issue with you.

I think it was forum member Martin Maniac who has one, and a very close friend of mine, a slide guitar playing blues man, loves his!

I owned one of these and did not keep it very long. Hardly any clean headroom. If you play with a drummer that uses anything bigger than a cocktail kit it isn't gonna cut it. Actually my worst amp purchase in recent memory.

Thanks for the input. I am surprised that it would lack clean headroom. That would be a problem!
