Default Strings?

Hi folks. I picked up my first classical guitar it's a contessa guitar I'm guessing from the early 70s made in Japan. It's in very good shape. I gave it a good setup new bone nut and saddle. New d addario ej45s..

Had these strings on for a week now. Seems like I always have to tighten them to ge back in tune daily. Do these strings normally take days to stretch? Or could it be the machine tunners?

EJ45 trebles can take quite awhile to settle in, in my experience. A week or so
does not surprise me (I use them). Some people tune them over pitch or pull
on them to speed up the process.

Yup, within normal range of experience with nylon strings.
