I just watched the review... Looks like the ball hit the field a fraction before it hit the pylon.

DraftKing just stated they "will refund all losing money line straight bets placed on Penn State". site: https://www.sportingnews.com/ca/ncaa...h12h0dp28ysv2g

Too close to call to reverse the decision on the field. I guess?

You're probably right. The call on the field was a score.

Pretty impressive for a first time starting.
Yeah, but Illinois...
Let’s see how he does against a real football team.

So, FWIW, I am a Husker grad and that game was actually encouraging. The 'skers were pretty feisty for the first half before the big talent difference caught up with them in the second.

I think Frost has them going in the right direction and I think the rest of this shortened season will be positive.

Top 5 AP poll rankings, Ohio State jumps up 2 spots:
Clemson
Alabama
Ohio State
Notre Dame
Georgia

Penn State drops 10 spots to 18 with that loss.

I agree wholeheartedly, but PSU left points on the field leading up to that point so the officials were just putting the game out of its misery.

Heard yesterday that he has tested positive for The Illness and based on his conference protocols will be separated from the team for 21 days. He will miss three games.
This could happen to any player on any team at any point.

I read that too. I feel bad for him (Graham Mertz, Redhshirt Freshman Wisconsin QB) after such an amazing game.

Game Day.

Boston College has a late 1st half lead on Clemson 21-10! Trevor Lawrence (QB and the presumable 1st pick in the next NFL draft) is not playing today for Clemson but still this is a shocker.

The great pretenders at Missed-again “Airship Harbaugh” went down in flames.
As a staunch Buckeye supporter, yesterday was a great day.

Count me in as a Buckeye fan too (and the Fighting Irish). What a disaster Harbaugh has been for the Wolverines, especially considering his contract.

What I can't figure out is why the university has such a strong like for Harbaugh. Any other coaches they've had that couldn't beat the Buckeyes, Sparty, or some other rival all got the boot out of Ann Arbor. Rich Rod and Brady Hoke come to mind. Why so much Harbaugh love?

He’s a “Michigan Man”...think Ivy League attitude.
You would have to understand the “culture” in Ann Arbor. I’m not an expert, but let’s just say it’s a little different in those hallowed halls in 2020 then in the days of yesteryear. Football is now more of a necessary evil they just have to put up with for the money it brings in. That hasn’t worked out as well as they hoped since “Jimmy” hasn’t done his part. Now they are kind of stuck with each other...
...his buyout for the final year of 2021 is $10,000,000.
