Default Flatpicking/Fingerpicking/Jazz Songs

I need some new inspiration in my guitar playing. Recently I have started to learn new playign styles such as fingerpicking and some Jazz tunes. Could anyone suggest any good fingerpicking, beginner flatpicking songs, and some Jazz tunes I could try out?

BTW..check out Acoustic Alchemy if anyone is looking for some new age jazz to play.

Thanks

For simple jazz melodies, try to look for A-Train. Not many chords and its a standard. All the Things You Are is a very common song too, but uses a few more chords.

Some good easy standards: Satin Doll, Tune Up, Summertime, Take The A Train, All Of Me, On Green Dolphin Street, Night And Day... Here’s a nifty place to get the charts: http://guitar-primer.com/Charts/index2.html

Looking at those charts brings back some memories. Playing the chords with the melody on top was very very difficult for me. Pulled out much hair in those days.

I got the Acoustic Alchemy Songbook awhile ago @ their last concert in Denver.

I've worked on "Catalina Kiss", "Mr. Chow", "Same Road, Same Reason"(played a "version" of it @ a work function with another guitarist & violin player, it was interesting).

Still want to work on "Chance Meeting"

Also started on "Playing for Time".

Looking forward to the new CD due out this summer.
