Default N(U)GD: Blackbird Savoy

Uke I am your father. My new-to-me Blackbird Savoy guitar next to my highly personalized Blackbird Farallon tenor ukulele (unigrain top, sunburst gloss, parallelogram markers, fancy rosette).

Have always loved guitar tone but never felt comfortable with one until the Savoy. And the Savoy tone is really impressive. Well done Joseph Luttwak and team. Now to learn how to use the two extra strings. ;-)

Eddie, it’s fine to expose the broad forum membership to such guitars. You can start a new thread in the CF subforum too...there are members there who don’t frequent the General subforum much.

Cool! I have a uke and have trouble with "those two missing strings" and the fact that it the chord shapes are the same chords as on my guitar!

Those are a lovely pair!
