Default Nashville Tuned Carbon Fiber?

Has anyone tried to use their CF for Nashville tuning? I am thinking that the new Rainsong parlor is about the perfect size for this and am trying to think of how to accomplish it...New saddle?
What else would I need to do to make an awesome Nashville tuned instrument? I use a Wechter NT right now, but the finger spacing is a little tight for my fat fingers...D'adario NT strings...Thanks in advance everyone...

I first discovered Nashville tuning plating a Wechter at my local music store, fell in love with the sound. Almost bought the Wechter but thought I would try Nashville tuning on my Rainsong OM 1000. Worked great. I think Carbon guitars are perfect for this because of the pure crystalline sound. I have keep my OM in that tuning. I agree the Parlor would be perfect for this. Easy to do just put Nashville strings on the guitar and tune. That's it. Nashville tuning is just the high 6 strings of a twelve string. You can buy a 12 set and strip the out. You can buy singles. Or probably easier several companies make Nashville sets. It is a very cool tuning for some songs. I am about to use it on my six string banjo.

I've also tried the Nashville stringsets out on a number of guitars including a Seagull Grand, a Blueridge Br343, a Taylor 110 and a carbon Emerald X-10. Currently I have the strings on a Seagull Folk S6 (OM size).

The best sounding ones to my ears have been the smaller (Parlor) size boxes, so I agree that the Rainsong Parlor might be great for this application.

These strings / tuning settings put just about the same amount of tension on a guitar neck, so I'd be surprised if a huge amount of setup adjustment would be required.... You'll have to decide if the shorter scale makes any difference to you.

Went to GC today, (wanting to try a Rainsong parlor), no luck...tried the N2 neck on a shorty and was surprised at how comfortable it was...Also tried the N2 neck on a BI Ws 1000? Very impressive!!! Does the parlor have this same neck?
They didn't have a guitar with the original neck in the store...
Anyway...I'm getting closer to pulling the trigger but still want to try one first...
