So our current property is 9 miles south of Bonudrant and at the top of the grade (called "The Rim") , where the timber basically ends and the rolling sage hills begin.
Our new place is another 10 or 12 miles (as the crow flys) further south and the building site on top of one of those hills, more or less in the middle of 664 acres

Kev, beautiful country up there. Looks like a wonderful place to live. Living the dream as we say down here. Sounds like a grand adventure/project. Your photography is always amazing.
Keep us updated (and post more pictures)
Thanks,
Nate

Well like Joni Mitchell said. "his dreams have lost some grandeur coming true" . but we do love living here (most of the time)

Here is a quick Video of my wife yesterday cleaning up after about 8" of snow

Yes it is actually fairly relaxing (if it is not a windy whiteout) Luckily being retired we can usually wait for a clammer and preferably sunny day

We actually double team she does the area at the house and then buckets down the middle of the the drive and main road and I use my skid steer to blow the sides of the main road Currently we do about a mile and quarter of roadway

Ill post a short vid of that when it finishes uploading to YouTube
OK done

Neat project and neat area. I'm pretty sure in other posts I mentioned I used to go to Warren Bridge fairly often, and have also gone farther south and looped up and around to that lake by headwaters of the Green.

In rains I've been nearly stuck with a good 4x4 with AT type tires and the extremes were in rental cars that were small sedans and once a Cadillac. The Cadillac was what I got when reservations were out and the JAC airport staff had concern when they knew my ID and WY destinations.

Memories of some good and horrible fishing days and really cold nights.

Knowing the WY property laws we also tried some smaller craft to float below Warren Bridge.

Yes I remember someone talking about the Warren Bridge, and Yes that is the Green River Lakes and also the New Fork Lake is off that same road.

So legally you can float any navigable waterway (the water is public) But the landowner owns the land under the water so legally you cannot wade or go ashore without the landowners permission.
