Default SOLD Taylor Academy Nylon A12eN w/electronics

In brand new condition and an amazing quality nylon string. Taylor set out to make the best guitar in the price point and they nailed it.

Solid Lutz Spruce top, Sapele back and sides. 25.5 scale, 12 fret super playable neck, built to be more comfortable and easier to play than a traditional classical with just a 1 7/8” nut. Outstanding Taylor ES-N electronics with built in tuner. Arm rest for comfort and a nice Taylor gig bag!

Outstanding quality and craftsmanship with a spectacular sound and can go from quiet practice to your gig and sound exceptional plugged in.

This is a legit instrument for a seasoned player looking to add a nylon to the arsenal or the most amazing first guitar or one to sharpen your tools. Outstanding value and that Taylor legendary quality and playability.

SOLD

Default Academy 12e-N

I have one of these and they really are comfortable to play with the top bevel (no sharp edge). Plugged in they sound as good as the full size Taylor N series to my ear for a lot less $. Sure, being a short scale, 12 fret non-cutaway does limit what you can do up the neck but overall its a solid guitar at this price point. No affiliation with the seller.

It's actually not a short scale, it's a full 25.5" scale. The 12 fret no cutaway is just the standard nylon/classical design, so that makes sense given what this guitar is.

It's a great guitar and especially a great nylon string for someone who's not a seasoned classical player because its designed to be more playable and comfortable than traditional classicals. And it is almost shocking how amazing it sounds plugged in, it's so loud and clear. I'm really impressed with the electronics.
