Gibson L-4 - 16" F hole (1934 build - 1935 model)
I bought this guitar from Archtop.com in 2011.
See:https://www.archtop.com/ac_34L4.html At arrived in the same condition as it is now (i.e. remarkably good for vintage) but frets had been brutally ground down so I had a period correct full refret. That is the ONLY change ! The original "HSC" is tatty but functional. It is a fine specimen of a '30s archtop but sadly, I have to accept that my skills never justified owning it. There is a similar item (seemingly at the crossover time of 1934/35 L-4 and L-7 were somewhat interchangeable. See: https://massstreetmusic.com/collecti...itars-1934-l-7 Seeking best offer UNDER that price! plus shipment costs. NOTE : there may be US Customs duties payable as the guitar (and I) reside in the UK. . Thanks for looking.
