Default Four weeks...

...since the order was placed. Sigh.

I believe a second martini might be in order.

That's about as long as I wait for my start-tomatoes to start blossoming.
Sometimes I have to wait months before my pomegranates fruit. It's taken me 50-some years to get this marriage thing down, and I'm still waiting for some answers.

I suspect there's an art to it; waiting. Anticipation is part of that art, but like any drug, it can wear you out.

Martinis are an excellent medicine for anticipation. I use them, and I find that my screen door stops squeaking (or maybe I just don't care), and playing what I have gets me through the day.

Tomatoes. Pomegranates. Martinis. Marriage. Squeaky screen doors. Anticipation.

Is this a David Lynch movie?

Well you could look at it this way. You are four weeks ahead of me, since I just placed mine a couple of days ago.

I know how hard it can be to wait, I am one of the most impatient people in the world. I remember the last few months of waiting for my custom ukulele, I LITERALLY dreamed about it each night. I have a feeling this wait will be the same. I already changed my phone wallpaper to the mockup of my X7.

Let’s see, if the projected three month wait is accurate, then you are a third of the way there. In only a couple of weeks, it will be halfway. Small consolation, I know, but I eagerly await being in your shoes. Hang in there...

But it will all be worth it in the end!
