G E Smith / Bob Dylan
I confess to not being a huge Bob fan, but I am a fan of G E's. Anyone who is a fan of either and hasn't seen this might find this interview with G E Smith interesting.

I'll have to watch that...I saw Dylan back in '88 or '89 in Charlottesville, VA, with GE and T-Bone both in the band...great concert!

Terrific interview there... I now have a lot more love for GE (not that I didn't before)... hearing him go on about Dylan and being in school, carrying around Dylan LP's with him, knowing every song on the first ten records... very fun stuff!
And I pretty much share his opinion of Bob's career and the impact he had on a couple VERY serious decades.... Thanks for posting this!

All of these short G E Smith interviews are good. This is my favorite one.
It takes him less than a second to answer the first question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqqbARxsOOM |

I missed that show
Still kick myself. I can't remember why I skipped that concert; I was in Hoo'ville back then. I'd had bad luck with the sound in that arena--my buddies went (and had a blast). I stayed home.
