Kudos to Peavey customer service.

Hey All,

So I bought a used Peavey Windsor Cab a couple of months ago that didn't have any casters (i.e. the wheels).

I emailed customer service today requesting info on getting casters. They replied in 15 minutes for more info. I sent some pics of the cab and it only took 10 minutes for a reply, which included the caster product number, the price, and the phone # to call to order.

How's that for fast? Total time from the first to last email was 37 minutes! I am very impressed.

So ... does anyone else have customer service experiences like this?
