Wide nut watch - Baton Rouge
I was in my local guitar store today and they had a number of these Baton Rouge guitars in. As it turns out a number of them have 46 mm (1 13/16”) nuts. Almost unheard of for affordable guitars. The quality was pretty good too. Sting Spacing was about 55-56 mm.

Spacing looks a little unusual - quite a gap there between G3 and D4 strings.

Apparently, Baton Rouge guitars are made in China by a German company called Bestacoustics. They also distribute La Mancha guitars and seem to have some sort of deal with Cole Clark guitars for distribution of their brand in the States.
I found this - https://blog.bestacoustics.eu/en/1382/ It seems to be a similar set up to German company AMI and their revival of the Sigma guitar line produced in China. |

True, they do look a bit off. The ones I played seemed okay.
