Default What do you think of these sounds?

Part of me is glad that Fender/Fishman used image casting for the Acoustasonic and not impulse responses as they have a very nice cut and attack to them but I also feel I would like some of the sounds to be just a little more ‘wet’.

What do you think?

Thanks for that Aaron. I really enjoyed it. I have one on order and can’t wait to try it out. I know it’s a polarizing product, but for live play it seems like a great tool. I’m in the middle of recovering from back surgery and the light weight will certainly be welcome.

It seems a logical step would be for Fender to offer software that would allow you to put together your own combinations as well as have access to the different models on the telecaster version. That would be awesome.

I wish I could say I liked them. Not much. I'm probably not the target market.

i find this a great tool for those of us
playing multiple roles in bands .
As i am also a solo performer i
think i would stick with my dred.
That being said there is about
800 dollars between fender and
me trying one of these.

I am waiting for the Mexican version with a standard Strat maple stock neck (fingerboard not important), alder back/sides, and opaque poly gloss finish for $1000 MAP.
