I'm afraid so. An attack of arthritis set off some tendinitis, but this brace/wrap helps quite a bit.

That's not good to hear. Sure hope it feels better soon. I go for surgery 5 Dec. Be laying low for about a week afterwards.

Well it's that time again. Here are the final pics for the Oregon Myrtle OM. I'll get a Marketplace thread up on this guy in a day or two, but I'll put the sale link up in the first post index too.

The evening light was a little soft, but I think you can get the picture.

Thanks for looking!

Smile Binding on the myrtle beauty...

I have gone back and forth reading about this myrtle bombshell!

I LOVE the walnut bindings!!! Nice flame.

It looks like dark flamed Koa, but seems too brown...

It is super pretty, as is the entire instrument.

And, Dennis and Steve, sending good thoughts for your rapid and complete return to full arm function!

Cheers!!!

Paul

I am hoping the first one to answer correctly wins the guitar, but I'm pretty sure it is Walnut bindings

Wink

Yes, I remember reading all walnut trim. This is absolutely delicious! Did anyone besides me see the demon face on the headstock? That would be the face greeting me at the door, if I came home with this guitar!!

Yes, those are curly Claro walnut bindings. And thanks for the well-wishes, Paul!

Until you played her the first chord...then all smiles. This one sounds really nice.

I'm surprised no one has asked about the nut. I thought that would surely generate some puzzlement...

Smile ??? What IS the Mystery Nut???

I got so enamored of the bindings I forgot to ask about that cool Nut!

BTW, John (the eastern half of the Kinnaird conglomerate) and I have been trying to figure out what to use for bindings on my next JK. It will be figured Mahogany and Cedar...

I think this curly Claro Walnut might look KILLER....

He wants something dark, and I do not want to even ask for another maple binding!!! Haha

Do get better FAST!

Cheers

Paul
