Lotsa fancy guitars in this thread.
My easiest playing guitar is not fancy. All laminated Fender acoustic given to me by my grandfather that's been brutally converted to lefty by me as a teen. It sounds abhorrent, possessing neither lows, mids nor highs. Nothing more than a murky, mediocre tone. But it plays like an electric. Literally. With a neck that's NEVER been tweaked and a nut that's been roughly carved to accommodate reversed strings, it plays AWESOME. Up until the 7th or 8th fret that is, then intonation plummets pretty quickly.

The easiest guitar for me to play is my custom Wingert E. While all my guitars are set up nicely, the 12 fret E is the perfect size and shape with the neck specs that make it fit just right for me.

The Larrivee OO-05 is the easiest. I keep it right at my side and the others are a longer reach away for that very reason--playability. Lots to do with the neck. Larrivees have a noticeably less chunky neck than the Ponos. And the 00-sized body is the happy size for my right shoulder. Coming in second would be the Eastman--also an easy-peasy player.

Of my electrics, my Ron Kirn Tele is hands down the easiest to play. Of my acoustics it’s gotta be the Waterloo WL-S.

Funnily enough one of the easiest playing guitars I have is a Faith Naked series venus. Effortless to play, but that is also in Satin finish, strange eh?!

My Yamamoto Talus VS-12. It's, also, quite ergonomic with its arm, chest and leg bevels, along with a Manzer Wedge ™.

My easiest playing acoustic is an inexpensive Hex 00 sized guitar that I picked in Bali last year. A fine sounding little guitar, especially for the money.

I'll equate easiest as to mean the same thing as most fun!
Acoustic-2017 Fender Paramount Limited Adi/Rosewood OM body(a creampuff) Electric- 1997 Hendrix VooDoo Strat(a fist in a velvet glove) Two relatively inexpensive guitars I could play all day long.
