Default Yamaha CG 170S

Hello, I have a Yamaha Classic with a partly loose bar (the struts in the top?). The tip of the one most on the treble side has a part loose closest to the soundhole, about ~1" of length as far as I can see as I havnīt felt it (looseness) yet. I donīt really have any particular questions but for general advice about how to fix this please?
Supposedly, this doesnīt have anything to do with the top bulging inwards above the bridge as Well as it bulging outwards below the bridge.
(This guitar seems to have only six bars )

Now this guitar also has a lot of dust and dirt inside it. What if I donīt remove it?
Dust collects, holds and binds humidity. Hmmm, if I just let it be there or if I remove the dust?
What effect might the dust please have in the guitar?
