Default 2008 Goodall Koa/Cedar Parlor

SOLD

Hi folks,
I have posted this gorgeous guitar for sale here on the forum a couple of times in years past, but as soon as it got close to a sale, I just couldn't do it. I lived in Hawaii for 17 years and the fact that this guitar was made in Hawaii with such a stunning set of Hawaiian koa wood, it sounds divine and plays so easily, I just couldn't part with it. (I even named her "Koalani" which means heavenly koa.) Okay, so I promise this time - no more boy who cried wolf syndrome. I am ready to let her go. It's time for another guitar lover to have the joy of playing her.

The sound is akin to heavenly, with clear, bright, articulated tones.
25" short scale, 14 fret makes it so easy to play.
Guitar was built in 2008 in Goodall's Kona, Hawaii workshop.
Comes with mint Ameritage hard case.

Priced to sell at $3,400. PayPal (friends and family). I will pay shipping cost.

Default What a gorgeous Goodall...

There's a member on the forum from England who would be the ideal owner for this guitar; unfortunately I can't pull his name out of my memory. Hopefully he'll see this and jump at it.

Their parlors are relatively scarce and truly magical. I believe Ms. Goodall plays a major role in their construction now. Don't know if she did back then as well. Good luck on your sale

Wow, I would love this guitar. If I could sell one of my RTaylors or custom Breedlove, I would buy this in a second. Good luck with your sale.

Pretty Goodall

What is the condition of the guitar? Any marks on it?
What is the nut width?
How is the saddle?
How are the frets?
How is the action, Low E, at the 12th Fret?
Truss Rod work?
Any electronics added later?

a few superficial dings (cedar is a softer wood than spruce).
frets and action serviced in the last year. Misi pickup installed.
nut width: 1 and 3/4"
Action seems good to me.

Thumbs up

Bump for a great little parlor. No affiliation with the seller, but an appreciation for Goodall guitars.
