Another price change.
This guitar is in great shape, but for the price, you could consider it your beater guitar. Excellent projection and solid bluegrass tones. Bring it to jams where you don't want to worry about your guitar but still sound good! |

Thanks, Tony!
I imagine between the sites I have this listed on, there could be dozens of used guitar sales across them all. And someone is paying over $250 for a guitar with laminates in there. They're sacrificing "the tone" for...what? Peace of mind in the brand name? I dunno. Point is that I think the folks on this site should know that an all-solid acoustic is almost always the better way to go. Don't let your friends, family, or students buy a laminated, sub-par guitar - not when you know there is a deal like this available (or a deal like this anywhere). Help them, and help me, by taking a moment and saying "yo, don't buy that Washburn yet, take a look at this Silver Creek, it's all solid wood...yeah, it does make a difference..." |

I have a Silver Creek T-170, SOLID WOOD, short scale, 1 3/4" neck, really nice bearclawed top...sounds great......it was cheap...hard to say a laminate guitar could sound better, this brand will be a huge sleeper in a few years....I can't believe this one is still for sale....come on folks...don't know this guitar but I do know the brand....without even playing it, I'd put it up against any current D-18 out there

Hi! I don't wish to be annoying with my bumps and stuff, but I was asked about my creds, so I thought posting those would be an important addition to this "ad".
I can understand that, since I'm a newb here, there might be a reticence to engage in business with me. So, let me publicly provide my creds. I've been on the internet a looonnnnng time. Ebay Feedback 419 - no negatives, all positive Reverb 14 no negatives, all positive The Gear Page 10 don't know if you can see this unless you're member, but all positive feedback Thanks! |
