Fishman Resophonic Pickup review/advice?
I'm currently looking into getting one of the fishman resophonic pickups for my single cone, biscuit resonator guitar. I'm thinking that the Classic series "National Style" one would be my best bet (Fishman National style).
Has anyone used or bought this pickup? I can't find any reviews for it on the net. Does anyone have a sound clip of them using it I could hear? I was also considering using the original Classic Series one (the small washer that attaches to the screw under the cone), does anyone recommend that one or have a sound clip to listen to it? Thanks for your advice! |

I think the Fishman Classic is for a spider bridge, not a biscuit. I use a similar K&K on my spider bridge reso, it sounds great but is very tricky to adjust when installing.

I have a Classic on my Martin alternative reso and it's ok but only ok. I would look for something better if it were available. By the way , it's a spider bridge.
