Default Shout out to Sweetwater

Just today I got some strings in the mail from Sweetwater. I screwed up and ordered 80/20's when I wanted PB's. I emailed my rep there. Within 10 minutes I had a reply along with a return label in my email.

The email:

"No problem at all. I will send a label for them and write a new order for 3 of the other. Same card?"

IMHO, not only was that good CS, but given Covid, that is amazing cs!

I had a great customer service experience with Sweetwater when I bought a Squier Classic Vibe Strat. It’s a $400 guitar, but I got better treatment on that $400 purchase than some stores (that shall remain nameless) where I have dropped five times that on a guitar. Since the guitar doesn’t come with a case they triple boxed it with bubble wrap and foam, but best of all, no packing peanuts.

Best service anywhere. Great people to work with. Hope to visit their campus one day.

I just bought some strings and they had the 80/20's I wanted in a 3-pack for a few bucks less, but not the PB's. Sent an email and had a very quick response with a "Sure no problem." They even sent an invoice and then a payment request via PayPal. EXCELLENT service, as usual from them.

They are always Johnny on the spot. I really like their online photos of the actual guitars too. Top notch all the way.

Yeah Sweetwaters legit. I've been using them for gear for 15 plus years. The customer service is excellent, never any hassles for me when it comes to returns, and my orders arrive quickly. No complaints here

Sweetwater has excellent CS. For strings, I usually stick with Strings & Beyond for the same level of service, price, selection.

Sweetwater's customer relations stance is outstanding! From my very first purchase there, I was assigned a personal engineer, and I've dealt with him ever since. Just last week I received an email from him just checking in. Was there anything I might be interested in? Yes, I replied. I was looking for a particular kind of guitar stand. He sent me some choices, and sure enough, I found what I was looking for. Good service = More sales!

I agree. Sweetwater is a cut above all the others. Most knowledgeable and professional. Great service.
