Looked on the Martin website for this guitar and it sells for $51,999.00. So that is a little bit of a deal I guess

That price is for the Aged version of that guitar, they made both.

That statement is referring to the Authentic series of guitars generally. The price of that guitar represents a significant upcharge for Brazilian rosewood and Style 45 appointments.
