Default SOLD Collings D2GVN - German Spruce Top, 1 3/4" Nut

2013 Collings D2G with VN neck.

Meticulously cared for, lightly played. 100% original. Aside from some marks on the pick guard visible in the right light at the correct angle, this guitar is in mint condition. No wear, and not a mark on it anywhere. The original case is also like new.

Action and intonation are perfect. Sounds huge and sweet and plays beautifully.

If this were a smaller body I would never let it go.

(The pictures show Collings bone with black dot bridge pins. It currently has the original ebony with pearl dot pins installed; both sets will be included.)

Simply a superb instrument in like new condition. Will ship in original Collings box.

$2975 plus shipping.

I'm the original owner of this superb D2GVN. The only reason I sold it to Bill was because I've drifted away from that style of playing, and it was not getting much use here. And even then, I was very conflicted about letting it go - it is hands-down the best Collings dread I've ever owned, and I've owned a bunch of them. I was expecting it wold take me a while to adjust to the very slightly larger neck, but I found it was no issue at all. I've heard people say that it's this neck that contributes to the full, robust tone, and while I can't say one way or the other, I will say the guitar produces a huge and toneful sound. And Bill is a superb guy to do business with. Someone's going to be really happy with this one.

GLWTS!
