I have one Warmoth neck on my parts caster tele. It is a roasted maple boat neck. It has been stable for a long while - BUT - I will say that the truss rod is pretty much maxed out keeping it straight. I have purchased other Warmoth necks and I found similar issues with them as well - one I wound up returning to them because I could not get rid of its back bow. They admitted that it wasn't right when it came back to them. If I ever buy another replacement neck, I will probably look elsewhere.

2 Tele 1 Strat 1 P-Bass. The Tele & Strats are all 1.75" nut width, and boatneck profile, which is quite deep. They all have stainless steel 6100 fret wire. None of them needed any filing/fret work at all. I made the nuts for them. Highly recommended. For what it's worth I use heavy strings on my electrics, and fairly high action, basically so that they feel like my acoustics. Regards, Howard Emerson

Replacing necks… alien to me. I’m a newb in electric land. Why am I weighing in?
Just to say Mr Beaumont has serious chops. bravo! |

I'm waiting on a Warmoth neck right now, and it seems like one of those things that, when it shows up, you have to give it the hairy eyeball right away and make sure it's cool. Like everyone else, they've got seasoned people and green people, and great materials mixed with iffy materials, and you have to make sure right away that they didn't make you a "Monday car." Fingers crossed!

I recommend them highly but unfortunately as of late they show very little in stock, their web site is as slow as molasses and the add to cart icon doesn't add anything to the cart. I'm beginning to worry about them.

Either that, or they yanked out the pearl dots and that's the neck they're assembling for me right now. :-) |

Warmouth Tele Neck
I have a Warmouth Tele neck with a rosewood fretboard, thin profile, and a 1-3/4" nut.
The most comfortable and stable neck I've ever played.

I was recently gifted a Warmoth neck. It is sweet. The frets are perfect with smooth rolled edges. It does not need any work. the maple fret board is beautiful and smooth. The only issue I have is the modern C profile is a bit thin for my taste. Probably going to sell it but would prefer to trade for a thicker D profile neck.

You might like their '59 roundback profile. I do not like their standard thin profile either.

Just priced a 59 out on the warmoth calculator page. Come to around $50 more then a Fender 59 style neck but the fender would not come with the frets I like (short and wide).it’s worth the extra $50
