JR;
Very nice! And surprising. It used to be that a song would come out and a variety of players and groups would give it a run. Hearing your version of the song is like listening in on an alternate universe. Thank you for taking the time. |

What a nice gesture, J.R. The song sounds really good. Cool stuff!

Thank you everyone. I appreciate the nice remarks. Evan, in some ways that's going on today with all the remixes and artists covering each other's music.

I'm thinking hard about getting an X7 and have been reading as much as I can find. Just finished reading this entire thread. Great information about the guitar and some great photos of you, the guitar, and your trip. What a truly remarkable thing you get to do. Those whales are incredible. Thanks for all the time you put into that thread.

Yes, the Orcas (Killer Whales) are amazing. I do not take that job for granted, and have thoroughly enjoyed the last 5 years with that company in the Pacific Northwest. We are home for a while currently... I get to play any of my guitars, but still pick up the X7 most often... and we go out on our own boat to watch the bottlenose dolphins. On our own schedule. Good luck with your X7 search/decision. Jim |
