New from Ibanez: ACFS580CE
Looks interesting. Said to be for fingerstyle play.
Pickup system set up with two plug points, for two different pickup setups. Pau ferro sides and back, alpine spruce top, ebony board, bone & bone, ebony pins, etc. Hand rubbed low gloss finish. Available in Europe but not here yet. About 1300 euros, so you do the math. When one is available here, I'd like to see a blind test, this guitar versus, at 500 bucks more, a Taylor 314CE. After the hands-on test for feel and sound, I'd like the reviewers to closely inspect both for workmanship, finish, and quality and look of the decorative elements.
