My list:

"I Was Young When I Left Home"
"Tomorrow is a Long Time"
"It Ain't Me Babe"
"I Shall Be Released"

Except for "I Shall Be Released" I fingerpick all of them.

I use "Don't Think Twice" as a warm-up song in practice, do it as a medley with "Freight Train" just to limber up my fingers -- right and left hands! I also tend to want to play these two a bit too fast.

I don't try to play any of them like Dylan or any other artist. I like to interpret -- usually not too well ;-)

"Make You Feel My Love"
A lot of people don't even know Dylan wrote this.
It was covered by Billy Joel, Garth Brooks and Adele most notably. We do it in our live performances at gigs. Its a very pretty song.

My favorite Dylan song is The Times They Are A Changin'. However, my favorite to play and sing....hmmm... among many:

Peggy Day

or

When The Ship Comes In

Not necessarily all acoustic, but:

Tangled Up in Blue
My Back Pages
It Takes A Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry
It's Alright Ma, I'm only Bleeding

I also love Motorpsycho Nightmare, but been a long time since I thought about that one.
