March Madness. I have no idea who will win but Duke is the #1 seed. Amazing what Williamson has done since he came back from his sneaker debacle. And Barrett is going to make Canada proud.

True but there are three other #1 seeds:

Gonzaga
UNC
UVa....

I tend to root for the upsets and underdogs in most games in college BB. Just need to tune in for the final minute to see how the game unfolds.

Belmont. They remind me of Butler when they made their run to the final. Well coached, no superstars just a wellrounded team.

Abilene Christian is my alma mater, in their first trip to the dance since moving up to D1 a few years ago. But they don't have a prayer

To avoid the obvious, most popular choice in Duke, I'm going with Virginia feeding off their embarrassing first round loss last year.

Duke probably is the best team.

I'm pulling for a longshot in 6 seed Iowa State...one of my favorite ex-students is a 6' 10" Freshman on the team.

Is anyone going to any of the games today?

We will be in Hartford tonight, specifically to watch my wife's alma mater, Villanova. I hear they are not as good as last year.

She is rabid about her team, and especially the coach, who women of a certain age tend to describe as a "dreamboat" with a far away look in their eyes .
