New to Recording!
Hi folks
I want to do some recording, multi instrument & multi voice. What program(s) would you suggest? I have a PC, so I understand GarageBand is out. Thanks! Darren

I'm using Reaper now (free full function demo, $60 for registered product). I was using Audacity (free).
Your DAW decision may also depend on whether you will use an interface for real time recording into your DAW (and how many channels need to be supported during recording/playback) or whether you are going to record with a portable recorder then download to your DAW for mixing/editing/etc.
