Want To Buy: 000-18, OM-18, or Auditorium Model 1946-1959, in Mid-Atlantic Region

I am trying to assist an older gentleman friend find his dream guitar:

Martin 000-18, OM-18, or auditorium model
Build year 1946-1959

My friend wants to play the guitar before committing to purchase. He is limited to traveling approximately a two hour drive from Cherry Hill, NJ to check out guitars. So I’m thinking Philly, all of NJ, maybe NYC, and Baltimore (north side) are in his potential range.

Is there anyone out there with an instrument for sale that fits the bill? Please PM me and I try to help out as needed.

Vintage Instruments in Philly shows a 1946 000-18 on their website (no affiliation).
FYI, Martin didn't make the OM-18 in the years specified, you won't find one of that vintage.
