Default REDUCED 1900.00 American Conservatory Turn of the Century Parlor BRAZILIAN RW

I bought this beauty from AGF’er it is truly one of a kind . It has been refurbished killing the price but a real bling bling . Bracing has been redone as well . I am asking what I have it in because keeping it would not hurt my feelings . I will pick up shipping and insurance. Prefer PayPal friends/ family or buyer pays 2.9 fee Case comes with it , I am unsure if it is original but old and nice . NO TRADES at this time IMG_1800.jpgIMG_1802.jpgIMG_1803.jpgIMG_1804.jpgIMG_1805.jpgIMG_1806.jpgIMG_1807.jpg

I either traded or sold this guitar to ChaddyWac and it's a lovely little parlor - wish I had the funds to re-acquire! Best of luck with the sale!

By refurbished what do you mean?

All Bracing replaced?
Refinished?
Any crack repairs?
What parts aren't original?
What string gauge can it handle?

I'm sure anyone looking at this guitar would be mulling over the same questions.

Oh yeah, what is the scale length, and how high is the action?

Hey guys...it's been a long time since Chaddywac and I did the deal on this one.....but, here's an answer to most of your questions...

First though - I bought from another AGFer who had all the work done - can't remember who that was.....a luthier in Kentucky did all the work on her and did a fine job......

All Bracing replaced? - I believe most is original with a few tweaks that were done through the restoration...
Refinished? Yes - completely - looks fantastic
Any crack repairs? No cracks that I am aware of...
What parts aren't original? can't recall from memory..
What string gauge can it handle? I used lights on her and she was more than fine - could probably handle mediums, but not sure...

Sorry, but it's been a long time since I owned her - to be quite honest, If I wasn't selling a few guitars right now on this Forum to help pay for my home renovation, I would have tried to work a deal on her already....it's a killer little parlor and wish I had it back in the stable....it plays easily and sounds great....Feel free to ping me directly with any other questions.....

If you are interested in something all original with no changes along the way - this guitar is not for you....

If you want a killer crack free Brazilian parlor that has been completely restored and plays wonderfully, then this is the guitar for you....

Jim ( Blews )

Just went back and found my listing on AGF back in 15'.....here were my comments and description then - hope this helps!!

Well, I really thought I would never sell this guitar, but I just keep buying and something has to go. This is a turn of the century dated American Conservatory Parlor. All the wood is all original and is crack free, including the back and sides which are beautiful original Brazilian. The entire guitar has not only been refinished, but has also been x-braced. The guitar has had a neck set and the set up on her now is perfect. Plenty of saddle and perfect break angle right now. She is set up perfectly for finger-style and is just a joy to hold and play. New bone nut and saddle and new tuners and bridge pins. Comes with the hard case shown. Please email me with any specific questions. Not interested in any trades at all, so please don't ask. Thanks for the look!
