Amazing, Kev! Ours are so territorial that it's rare to see two of them at the feeder at the same time. They fight to drive others away, with the winner taking all he wants before the loser gets a chance. They are far too much like us humans in that regard!

Interesting are the birds in your area year round ? Ours are migratory, they show up around April/May leave Sept/Oct. There is some squabbling, much more so when the first males show up in the spring and there is only one feeder up. But by the time mid June rolls around with 4 feeders spread around two sides of the house, there so many birds that I think the feisty males just give up for the most part .
