custom jumbo makers in mind and more

I know I have asked this question before , but I have different body shape in mind this time and more money to spend. So, Is there anyone who can custom make a jumbo with 7 strings for under or very close to 2500? Or production 7 string jumbo made? or used custom made for sale? Halo guitars used to be able to do this for about 1200 but their prices have more doubled since last year this time. Has anyone ever ordered a custom halo acoustic guitar? Are there any other non china (think the current china trade war is what raised the prices) based makers doing the same thing who make good guitars?

I'm selling off some of my instruments I no longer play and hope have close to that amount to spend or possibly more on my dream guitar.
