Default Singular Sound's Aero

Singular Sounds (beat buddy) breaks into the multi-track looper market

It's 100% beatbuddy compatible

seems to be smaller and cheaper than the Headrush looperboard

This was also announced yesterday, similar but with a much smaller footprint:

Thanks Necrome, it deserves its own thread

The only rythm machine I find easy to use is the BOSS DR01s... with its percussion layering principle.
The RC10r seems to be more of a traditional rythm machine with presets.

The Aeros is a 6-tracks looper. I think it is more dedicated for Ed Sheeran aficionados.

Definitely adding "Ed Sheeran aficionados" to my vocabulary! I'm not even 35 yet but I find looping unmusical, it's fine for the occasional noodling but acts centered around it really turn me off for some reason.

Phil Keagy (sp?) aside, it feels like most of these looper "artists" are managing busywork and feet acrobatics instead of focusing on the music. Most of them have terrible rhythm sense too which makes it that much worse!

Definitely a cool device. I'm with @necrome on this one.

I always find that loopers take too long to setup everything for their song and by the time it is supposed to get good they've lost me. But let's just say they created something I loved, how many times are they going to do that and still capture the audience. I've never seen an entire act use a looper on every song, but I would think it would get too old. Maybe $600 + a mic pre (if you loop vocals) is a good investment for someone, but not an acoustic act.

Maybe my mind isn't open enough to see the possibilities. Or maybe I am not a fan because I suck at looping, LOL! Likely both.
