Used but excellent condition. New Martin Eric Clapton Strings (MEC12). Proper set up with 3/32" at low E at the 12th fret. Includes original hard shell case. Has one finish ding where the top meets the lower bout side, but it's hard to photograph. Other than that has some minor evidence of play wear, mostly pick marks on the pick guard. Frets in excellent condition.
