Northwood 000 12-fret Madi/Moon
This is the best guitar I've ever encountered, I even showed it to George G. as I figured it was up his alley, he liked it very much and also had his repair guy play it. Custom 000. I bought this from Dream Guitars so a video description is available:

Changed since dreamguitar photos: You can see a little nick in one of the photos on the back. Also some light pick finish rubs on the finish if you angle it to detect. If you're told and you look for it you may see some capo scuffs around the 2nd fret non-thumb side. $4400. The frets are in new shape. The wood selection is outstanding, the Austrian Moon Spruce is a beautiful selection as is the rosewood. it's nice and loud, and has some great choices like the fossilized ivory endpins. This guitar has saved me from some GAS purchases and it will very likely blow away any guitar tone-qualifywise in a shop unless you need a strict bluesgrass guitar. There is a Circa dread, brazilian, that's at North American guitars right now that is the best I've ever played for bluegrass, however, the price reflects that. I've taken some photos with my phone tonight, apologies if they are not the best compositions. This is a nice way to get started selling here!
You are supposed to list your asking price. And, hereabouts it often helps to list as many specs as possible. Many of us are picky, and know what works for us, spec wise. Best on this and play it while you can! Cheers Paul

I just bought a NW 000, and man it’s the best guitar I’ve ever played! No exaggeration. It’s the first acoustic I ever played that rings “like a bell.” I’m gonna do a NGD soon on it. Hard to believe these are not more prevalent. Bump, and someone is gonna get an amazing guitar.
