2020 Martin 000-18 Standard - Excellent Cond. $sold
I picked this up in a recent trade and recently came across a 000-18 Golden Era 1937. I prefer the V neck of the GE over the MLO. This guitar is in excellent condition with one minor blemish on the top, small blemish on neck at the 5th fret (not visible except up close in light/can't feel while playing) and a small bubble in the binding pictured. Includes OHSC also in excellent condition. The only modifications are a strap button on the heel and the strap pin at the back has been inserted. Acoustic only - no pick-up.
Price of $sold includes standard ground shipping CONUS. Any transaction fees are the buyer's responsibility.

To answer a couple of questions. Set up is currently at approximately 1.75 mm on the high e and 2.75 mm on the low E. Relief is about .007-.008. The height of the saddle between the D & G strings is .020". Below are pictures of the saddle.

Three close ups as requested of the issues noted in the original post.
Note the "bubble" in the binding doesn't affect its adhesion to the body. The dimple in the neck at the 5th fret can't be felt. The impression in the finish is hard to see, but can be felt. It doesn't go through to the wood.
