Default Technical Advice Needed

Hi, I plan to run a Martin OMJM (with factory active Fishman pickup) directly into a LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI. From there I plan to run XLR out of the PADI into the PA. Are there any obvious input impedance mis-matches with this combination?

I ask because in the past when I used a k&k mini with the PADI there was an issue that i solved by plugging inserting a boss pedal into the chain right before the PADI.

Thanks

The Fishman being active can drive anything. It will work fine.
