Anyone who sells dairy and horse supplies should have something. Or you can sometimes get used belting from them, which is lots cheaper but not as nice (flat surfaced instead of dimpled). I bought most of mine at farm dispersals. You can also look re tie stay diary barns who are no longer shipping milk - sometime one can get them there for super low prices - assuming such places exist near you.
Beware: they are HEAVY. You will never wear them out. And a lot easier on your feet than concrete
