Default Scalloped Bracing vs Non Scalloped Bracing on a Parlor

I did this video a while back. Listening to it again I'm not sure if I hear too much of a difference.

I'm not sure that the small body of the parlor is affected much by the scalloping. When playing the larger OMs and Dreadnoughts from Larrivee I find that the scalloped bracing the top is more lively; it responds to a lighter toucher better. The symmetrical bracing on the something like the OM-03 can be driven really hard and aggressively.
