Nice, congrats! I know that we've talked about you adding one for some time. My E40OM is a little over a year old, and it's absolutely magical. It's perhaps the most balanced guitar I've ever owned, and it just keeps getting better.

Yeah, I know you're a huge fan yourself. Thanks for the links. Gorgeous photos of a stunning guitar. I'm going with the burst finish. I know it shows dirt and smudges and all more, but temptation got the best of me.

As I recall, you have some Eastman dreads too. D-40? D-20? D-10?

Have you played the new one with the torrified top? I have not yet.

Would love to hear more. Man, what a company. And they're just getting started.

All of the above. E40D (two of them!), E20D, and E10D. They really go the extra mile on the "40" series, but I love my E20D too. It's incredibly responsive and loud, while the E40D has these insane overtones. The E10D was purchased used, and needed some TLC (adjustments and acclimation) from the previous owner, but it's starting to come around.

I haven't played any of the TC models, and it seems they haven't been able to get any more inventory lately. Someone posted on the EGF that they were waiting for almost a year, so they jumped over to an E40OM. Those few who've gotten a TC say they are really incredible instruments and sound like a 20yo Adi top.
