Built for the NAMM Show, this instrument was designed with Ryan's Signature Package—but, for overseas shipment, it was given a gorgeous, two-toned Malaysian Blackwood back/sides instead of Brazilian Rosewood. Also includes a high-grade Adirondack Spruce top. The tone is what you'd would expect from this singular builder: to die for. It has a rich, resonant tone, with a cavernous low end, creamy mids, and rounded highs. Glorious sustain. Has the signature Ryan soundports/acoustic flutes, so you get a totally immersive, 3-dimensional tone symphony that will enrapture and inspire you. Ideal for the fingerstylist who wants a big, colorful sound without sacrificing clarity. Very responsive to the touch but also works beautifully with a flatpick.
