Ask and you shall receive Larry.

Lower bout width = 13.25"

Scale length = 24.9"

Nut width = 1.75"

Bridge E to E string spacing = 2-3/16"

Body depth @ tail and neck = 4" & 3.75"

Overall body length = 18.75"

Think Martin 0 size. This is a parlor not a travel guitar so it comes in a TKL archtop parlor case, but I found it fits nicely in my GS Mini gig bag so it's definitely airline friendly.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Good info, thanks Ted.

Too bad (for me) that they chickened-out on a 24" scale...but I guess they wanted this instrument to be a good guitar for normal folks!

Lots of normal folks will indeed enjoy this one...

Steve, Yes of course, in addition to the solid colors they will offer their gorgeous clear coat that will show off the weave on the back and sides and the unidirectional top, and yes, this one is setup with the Fishman Prefix Plus T.

Larry, I was pushing for a 24" scale in addition to the 24.9" but I certainly didn't offer to pay for the new mold. As you point out the standard short scale will appeal to "normal" folks so for now Rainsong is set.

Chris, you guys know me too well.

I think Rainsong will have a big-winner on their hands with this guitar.

Big.

Totally agree and for some reason I think I would go for one of the colors? On this guitar it just seems to fit? Adds to the fun? Ted Rainsong should put you on staff after this and the Shorty. Seriously that guitar is almost irresistible. Steve

Yes, this model uses the shorty NS, and the 14-fret N2 neck so it does have a truss rod. Below is the official announcement with pricing info.

I am glad they stayed with the 24.9......sorry Larry. And throwing me in with the normal people could be a stretch.

Truss rod and travel size. I may or may not cross the fence, but at least I am now walking to the fence to look...
