More Craig Ventresco and Meredith Axelrod Live: "Uncle Josh's Huskin' Bee Dance"
Here's another wonderfully entertaining performance (IMOPE--in my own personal estimation) by Craig Ventresco and Meredith Axelrod, played yesterday on their 558th show, a show available daily (usually, anyhow) on Meredith's YouTube and Facebook pages.
It's a version of "Uncle Josh's Huskin' Bee Dance," originally recorded by Cal Stewart on July 22, 1902 (according to the file at the Library of Congress). This is an mp4 format video, by the way. Craig playing his Fraulini guitar; Meredith on her John DeLapp guitar: "Uncle Josh's Huskin' Bee Dance" Update on 10/21/2021--Craig and Meredith will be back on November 2, 2021, to continue their daily show. Update on 11/18/2021--Craig and Meredith now play live on Facebook and YouTube Saturday through Thursday.

What's that giant red plectrum Meredith is using?

I always enjoy watching these two. I like the way their guitars played together sound like the old pianos...

Now see, there's a handy tip for all you beginning guitar players out there: always bring a nose flute to your gigs in case you run out of plectra!
(There's a joke about "nose picking" in there someplace, but I'm going to pass.)
